image problem [ New ]

hi everybody

i come with a big big issue.

I tried all resolutions in our hero5 black gopro and i have just 3 who are "almost" right.(I write almost cause not good enought)

1080X30

1080X24

and 720X30

I have an old mac. is the problem from here?

I can't use any other resolution all videos are jerky. useless.

Is anybody can enlight me?

In addition to the settings provided, do you remember if the Video Stabilization was turned ON?

we try it on my son’s computer and it s working.
but it s not a mac.
