i cant view files on the PC from SESSION 5 :( [ New ]

Yes, I have the "No Files To Import" message, and yes I have used an SD card adapter and it did not show up on the Quik App, but it did appear on the computer. I have tried the Device Manager and the other solutions but they didn't work, and I have also restarted and rebooted the computer and I still have the problem

@arpictures. Have you tried accessing your media through other media players? Does your computer's file explorer or file finder detect the files or the SD card at all? There are other programs here for you to try. Let us know if the other players detect your GoPro media.

Yes, I have tried accessing the media through other media players and it has worked. My only problem is the Quik Desktop app not recognizing it.
