Where are you playing the files back? Is it on your camera, computer, GoPro app?

What SD card are you using?

 What specific error message are you getting?

Ive transferred them over to my pc with quik and wouldnt open i even placed the sd card directly on my pc and copied them over this way, and when i go to play them i get message that they may be corrupt

and they will not populate on the media tab on quik

Im thinking it is a bad sd card, but for now how can i get these videos from my vacation to play?

was trying to send a test file, first a video then a picture,  but i get this

Try uploading one of the raw video files to youtube and posting the link here.  If youtube successfully displays the file, then it's not a corruption issue, but most likely a PC playback issue due to a missing codec (such as HEVC).
