can someone please advise me on how to contact support here? i feel like im in a loop here between faq and help page.
i bought my gopro hero7 black in barcelona in march in mediamarkt and immediately after left on a 2 months trip in asia.
among other things, i noticed how my battery door isn't completely closed and therefore i wasnt confident to put it underwater during the trip at all.
i came back with my list of complaints about the device, went to a place i bought it from and they told me i cant get a new one nor my money back but they can repair everything i mentioned. 3 weeks after i got a message it's ready and today when i came to pick it up - turned out they didnt adjust the battery door.
obviously im not happy even though they're assuring me everything is fine so i came here to ask for help on what to do. i think this product is too expensive to have a defect like that. who can help me please?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try pulling the battery out. Once the camera cools down (if currently warm), re-insert the battery applying a firm pressure.
Make sure that the door is fully extended and then release tab has it pop back up (if not, you can press it from the underside to pop it back up). With the battery door fully extended, close the door and then slide it shut (all while applying firm downward pressure).
If you still get the same result, given that this is a recent purchase and out-of-the-box issue, kindly reach out to the retailer so they can help you with the next steps.
