Hello @brothers00. Are you using Quik for desktop on your Mac? Is the camera directly connected to the computer? If so, the troubleshooting steps here - Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac - will help resolve the issue.
If the camera is simply not detected by the computer, have a go at the steps-to-fix in this article.
See as well if the SD card, when inserted directly to the computer via a card adapter, will be recognized. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
