Hello,
I am having a problem with my Hero session 5. Whenever i try to start recording it bleeps and flashes the light. I have tried all the button combinations i can think of for it and still nthing happens. Any clue to whats going on and how to fix it?

say 14 seconds just hold that back button it does nothing. then hold it for 35 seconds anything. if the firmware crapped out and the camera is under what we call a warranty contact a rep and RMA it

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @swiftstorm70765. Are you able to normally power the camera ON using the Mode/Menu button at the back of the camera?
What SD card are you using? Ensure to use a known-good SD card for your camera. Here’s a link to our SD Card Considerations article.
Try to reset camera settings and see if that helps.
It is also possible that the issue is coming from the camera's firmware. Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Hi,
I have just checked the SD card and it is compatable with the GoPro. I can't reset the camera because whenever I press any of the buttons on it it just shows a blank screen and bleeps in short bursts of 3 and flashes its light in sync with it. I've just manualy reset it and so far I haven't got anything. I'll get back to you if I get something

gopro should tell you what three beeps are d oyou know what they are?
