If you're referring to the hardware it's assembled in China. 

But the other parts and software we don't have exact details about those.

Yes, as with just about all technology, the actual assembly is usually done in China. As far as development and engineering, this is usually done in the companies headquarter country. Parts, obviously, can come from different countries/regions. In the case of GoPro, most of the engineering is done in the United States, but they also have offices and development labs in France, Germany, Romania, Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Philippines, and United Kingdom.
