@tomsy139, there are some troubleshooting steps here that will help:
- Camera is not Recognized when Plugged into a Computer USB Port
- Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows

I don't believe the issue is with either the USB cable (new out of the box) ... or any other PC issue as the card is read in Explorer & I can see & copy all files. Just not through the Quick software.
