I have downloaded the update but there is nothing open, it just says CAMERA:1

After extracting the UPDATE folder, copy/transfer it to the root of the SD card.

Make sure that the folder name is UPDATE. Remove any numbers on the folder name.

Also, please make sure that you are working with a recommended SD card.
