session 5 has an issue that causes it to freeze up on shutdown. Screen goes blank and will not restart till battery dies. Has done this twice and I just purchased a few weeks ago and didn't get a chance to use it much. On vacation and missed a video today I wanted because it hiccupped again. Customer service never called me back. Has most up to date software.

WOuld it be to late to exchange at the store, call them, rather gopro. and tell them that Customer service you can not get through to.
for the other poster load up to youtube do not make it public and I bet it will play smooth then you know your puter is the culprit
