Very carefully. Is it in the SD slot? There is a small gap between the SD slot and the battery that some people have reported getting their SD cards stuck in.
If it's in the SD card slot, then you want to push it in to see if it releases. There should be some play, so if it is clicking into place and then (click) disengaging, make sure it's in the disengaged state and if need be, use tweezers. If you try to pull it out while it is in it's locked state, you will most likely damage the SD slot beyond repair.
If it's not in the SD slot but rather the gap next to it, then just gap the SD with some tweezers or needle nose pliers.

thanks. got it out. but my lcd is just blank. i took a video (with no idea what i'm recording since the LCD is black/blank), then took out the SD card, loaded the SD into my laptop & the vids are there. so my problem now is the LCD...waaahhh!
