hero 5 black back screen does not work

I put my camera to charge after using on a trip and the back screen stop working. All was well as I was backing up my photos at the time.

I am sorry to hear about the issues with that camera. I would recommend trying a manual update once those files are backed up. 

 

Follow this link and select "Update your camera manually" option:

 

https://gopro.com/update/hero5

 

If that does not take care of the issue you will want to get in touch with our Support Team directly:
