Re: gwalior

What resolution/frame rate are you using? If your computer system isn't powerful enough to handle the video files, you might want to try converting them with Handbrake.

As far as the camera:
What SD card are you using? have you tried with a different card from the recommended list?

Perform a manual update using a recommended SD card, turn Auto Low Light OFF and set the Display orientation to UP. Test and see if you are still having issues.

Make sure you are using a SD card from this list

Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera.
Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
Click "Download Update."
Click "Click here to download firmware."
Once downloaded, Extract (unzip) the file. You will get a folder named UPDATE with files inside. Save this to your computer.

Using a USB/SD adapter, insert your SD card into the computer. Find the card using Windows Explorer (or Finder on Mac) and perform a FULL (not Quick) format.

Once the format is complete, copy the UPDATE folder (not to the blank SD card

Eject the card and insert into your camera. Power on the camera using the side Mode/Power button and let the update run.

Once completed, power the camera on using the Mode/Power button and go to Preferences>Reset> and format the SD (it's also a good idea, but not required, to factory reset the camera Preferences>Reset>Factory Reset).

If you continue to have issues, try the above with another card from the list.

Try a different, known good SD card. GoPro recommends only purchasing name brand SD cards through reputable resellers. There are both counterfeit and under-performing SD cards out in the marketplace, which can prevent proper functioning of your camera's features.

If trying all of the above does not solve your issue, contact the GoPro Support Team.
