I FINALLY got through to the webchat as the colleague I spoke to on the phone were not helpful. I spoke to a chap called "John" this morning and within 40mins all was resolved. 

 

I work in customer services and up until my dialouge this morning I was very fustrated and dissapointed at the level of support I had received but I am confident now that the matter is being progressed and hopefully my faulty camera is replaced sooner rather than later
