I was waiting for 2 and half hours in UK from 9am. And eventually, I got a customer service, they suggested me to manual update which download the update file from their website on microSD card and then insert the SD card into Hero9 and turn it on. The Hero9 would update, but after twice reboot, there's nothing happened. it's still flickering. So the Customer Service request a replacement, I did send it back to Netherland before 2pm. Hopefully, I can receive a new one before weekend. Good luck guys

Very disappointing ! Have you received help from customer service yet ? We would be interested tu know what the problem is .

That sucks, did it last longer than it took to get delivered? Am still waiting for mine...
