i have a problem on my action cam Hero7 black that i purchased at Costco Kapolei Hawaii last July 10, 2019 which still covered on your one-year warranty.
My problem is if i turn on the unit i cannot see any images at the LCD Monitor but if I connect it to my iphone as the controller I can see the images at my phone's monitor. But I cannot use the other features of my action cam if I am using it thru my phone.
I called up the Costco concierge last week and she reffered me to Gopro and a representative from Gopro assisted me thru your website to download a remedy to my sd card and put it back to my unit but to no help or it didn't work. Today I called up again the Costco concierge and he advised me to contact your company to this website.
I hope you can help me now this time. Thanks.
