Please try this. 

On your phone: 

Go to Bluetooth settings and then remove any GoPro device paired on your phone. 

Visit this website for wireless connection reset for your camera:

https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Reset-the-Camera-s-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password

You should be able to pair it again after that.
