Hi @jamieg5576

May I know the brand and model of your computer?

Can you provide the specs such as processor and video card details?

Thanks,

-Jay

Hi @jamieg5576,

That's weird. It shouldn't act that way.

I would like to suggest to contact our customer support team so that they can check,

They are available via phone or chat: https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

Regards,
