gopro fusion is not working on galaxy s10e [ New ]

hey, I'm using gopro hero 6 and fusion.

6 is working well on galaxy s10e but fuison is not working.

i meant cannot connect with device.

how can I see my video or pictures ?

Try connecting as a HERO7 camera. Your phone is not listed as a compatible device for Fusion (although it may in future updates) https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/fusion-supported-devices

Another update is supposed to come around the end of the month/beginning Nov, so we'll see. However, it seems that they are concentrating on Max now, so Fusion might not be seeing any more compatible devices added.

Fan and subscriber Gopro Plus, I was also disappointed to not be able to use Fusion with my Xiaomi MI 9T Pro. If in the next update does not resolve bye gopro. Never seen in any manufacturer you have to buy camera and a compatible mobile phone.

Você conseguiu conectar? Eu comprei a fusion e estava a trocar de telefone quando fui ver que a lista de telefones compatíveis é bem limitada. Estou quase comprando um galaxy s10e, mas essa questão de incompatibilidade irá fazer toda a diferença. Abri um chamado no suporte para saber sobre o assunto e foi enviado para o suporte americano. Eles deverão responder amanhã, mas pelo que você falou já estou vendo que não será compatível. O que não entendo é que as configurações do galaxy s10e são muito parecidas com o s10 e o s10 plus que por outro lado são compatíveis. Até o galaxy S9 plus é compatível. Mas enfim, será uma pena se a gopro largar os clientes da Fusion por conta da nova câmera.
