gopro frozen

hello

i just bought a gopro hero 5 session. and after charching it a little i started up the gopro set the language and then it turned of. whel i thougt lets turn it on again. and 5 sessonds later it froze. the display is stuck at 1080P 30FPS and 00:05

it is F hot. i just let the batery run out of juse. that helped. but is there an other way that can help fixing the problem.

 

my SD is:

Kingston

64GB microSD xc 10

@hardyboost8471 - The SD card you're using is not one that we have verified as being compatible with our cameras. A non-compatible SD card can lead to all of the issues you're listing here.

 

A list of SD cards that we do recommend can be found at https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations.

you can use the card mensiont above for in the GoPro series. i use 1 in my HERO 4 Black and now the same one in my Hero 5 Session.

it was just my SD card that was broken. now it works perfect. thank you for the support.
