gopro dont charge [ New ]

Hola. Compre una gopro hero 5 black y al sacarla de la caja y ponerla a cargar, no carga, solo se parpadea el indicador rojo y no vuelve a encender. presiono el boton mode y la camara enciende y funciona correctamente pero no carga la bateri. si desconecto el cable c del cargador se apaga inmediatamente

Que debo hacer?

If it's still not powering on just with the battery then there could be an issue on battery or the battery connectors.

Buscando en Internet encontre que probablemente la bateria se habia descargado en su totalidad mientras estaba en la tienda. use un cargador externo por 30 segundos y luego puse la bateria nuevamente en la camara y funciono, dejo cargar correctamente. Estoy esperando que se descargue nuevamente para ver si inicia normal.

Descargue completamente la bateria y puse nuevamente a cargar con el cable a la camara y funciono correctamente. Aparentemente si era problema de iniciar la bateria sin usar la camara como cargador.
