go pro hero 5 session

hi, im going to africa, and the internet access and speed will be a bit crazy in the villages, so i really need a safe way to transfer footage from my go pro hero 5 session to a portable drive- not using the internet/wifi or phone! As i cant trust those functioning when im there.

So hoping theres a way to bridge between the 2 items?

then from the portable drive, i should be able to up load to cloud/dropbox when i have access to internet?

sorry, im technically challenged!! x thanks, lee

Hi @noblewave04742

Currently, we do not have a way to transfer the files directly to a portable drive.

You may use a Quik Key, however you still need to use this with a phone.

The best option if you need more storage is to bring spare SD cards.

Here is a list of recommended SD cards.

Have a safe trip!

Thanks!

Ej
