não estou conseguindo acessar a camera no app, desconfigurou e pede a senha inicial, não lembro e não estou conseguindo fazer outra, qual a forma correta de conseguir outra senha?

Please go over the steps below:

1. Turn the camera ON.
2. Press the mode button repeatedly on front of the camera until “Set Up” appears on the screen.
3. Select the red shutter button on top of the camera.
4. Press the mode button repeatedly on front of the camera until “Reset Cam” is highlighted.
5. Press the mode button to select “Reset Wi-Fi”
6. Press the shutter button to select
7. Press the mode button to select “Reset”
8. Press the shutter button

Once done, proceed with the pairing process again.

o botão Settings/Tag não esta alternando entre Wireless on/off, como posso corrigir isso?

já fiz isso várias vezes, mas a luz azul não ascende pra achar o wi-fi.

não sei se pode ser algum outro problema, pois eu estava conectando normalmente com o app e quando fui conectar de novo ele pediu senha e não conectava mais.
