fusion - one camera softness?
[ New ]hi all,
i owned a theta S for some years and i though i'd take the leap. i owned 2 hero cameras and i take 360 photo seriously so i'm waiting, for this price, a very high output
although l like it very much, stabilization is great, previous wi-fi remote works very well, fusion studio does pretty good (i'm positivelly surprised after all the reading i've done.
came here for help with this
before i bought fusion i went searching for fusion samples and found in 360 rumours, stitched and was overwelmed and that made up my mind
went for a walk took the fusion for some field test in some "difficult" places in terms of light for a 360. a friend of mine noticed this in photo and now i'm seeing in in video too
when i look after the stitching line i clearly can see a "low quality line" in grain, chromatic and , almost "out-of-focus"
check videos and photos below . photos are from jpg and everything is straight out from fusion studio
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-L4B1Ozmhs
i cant upload fullres picures but i attached a side-by-side of 2 photos where i rotated the camera by 90º and been looking with more attention to the places where the "softness" is
the "ball" is from the picture on the left
Thank you for your attention and help

Hi @herrpedro,
Please try to check if the same issue occurs.
For me it looks like grain due to low light.
I think it can be corrected in post processing especially if you have Adobe Premiere.
You can apply noise reduction.
But if it is still happening even in an open space with good light condition then I think it would be best to get in touch with a GoPro Customer Support.
They might be able to provide a resolution.
Keep us posted.
Best Regards,
Jay

Re: fusion - one camera softness?
[ New ]i'll just assume this was "something" ...
some bug, some dust, something that eventually came off with the close and open of the go pro pouch and do further testing so i'm 100% sure.
i've only checked the lens when i was home
i've done several videos and photos and this video set came out really really bad. the others were ok.
it this video, if you follow the people to the left of the camera, to the dark side (lol) you can see half wing with grain and the other clean
the light difference is not that much between the 2 cameras
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohfmE9fMlok
now, looking at all photos since the begining i can see a soft stitch line (like a plane panel where in one side you can real all letter and the other is grainy and soft)
don't know.. may be i'm trying to find an explanation where there is none...
but i love this thing.
