freeze hero 3

Good day
I have a problem with the camera, when the camera is turned on without a memory card, the camera freeze as in the photo 1, when the camera with the memory card is turned on, freeze as in photo 2, the hard reset is not executed

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Freezing is an indication that there is an issue with either the current firmware installation, the SD card being used in the camera, or the camera hardware. 

If you have not done it yet, try manually updating the camera's firmware following instructions here: https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/Software-Update-Instructions-for-HERO3-Cameras

Although the camera freezes even without the SD card, we would like to make sure that the card itself doe snot contribute to the freezing in any way. This can be done by making sure that you are using a recommended SD card like the one on this list. If the issue persists even after these steps, the next path forward is to engage our Support team here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

Thanks, I have already tried to update the software (I have completed all 4 steps), but the camera is freezing, the update is not installed, I have used the camera and that memory card since 2008 (there have never been such problems), the camera does not respond to the combination for hard reset.what you will recommend?

Please try to change SD card since that might be the problem @fireycreek30514,
