forced date and time reset on Hero 8 Black

We have a total of 20 Hero8 Black Cameras for work. They all have the most recent firmware.

 

This problem only occurs with one camera:

Whenever we take the battery out, the camera prompts us to reset the Date & Time. It offers "manual setting of time& date" or "connecting to the GoPro app". We can then set the time& date manually (or via the app) BUT  after removing the battery again, it will make us "reset the date and time again". The camera is not useable until the date/time is set again. This is the only one of our cameras that does that on all other cameras we never get prompted to "reset the date and time"

 

What we have done already:

- a factory reset already AND

-we have updated the firmware

See if reflashing the software will help.
