factory reset gopro3 [ New ]

Hello , the reset procedure with the P/N does not work...my P/N on the camera have 15 digit and not 14..?

how i can than reset my goPro ?

Are you trying to reset the camera itself or just the Wi-Fi settings?

Here's how to reset the camera to its default settings:

1. Hold down the Shutter (S) button.
2. Press the Power (P) button while holding the Shutter button.
3. When the camera powers on, it will be set to all of the factory default

Here are the steps for the Wi-Fi reset:

1. From the HERO3 update page click "Start Update" to begin.  From the HERO3+ update page click "Update your camera manually" below "Other Ways to Update" to begin.
2. On the first page, enter your serial number and registration information and then click "Next Step."
3. On the next page, select 'Wi-Fi Update Only' with the blue check mark and click "Next Step."
4. On the next page, enter your new camera name and password.
5. Follow the rest of the on-screen prompts to complete the rest of the update process.
