exclamation mark on fusion

Hey There!

I can't turn on my Fusion, and when I plugged it to the computer an exclamation mark appears and the red light is blinking, and nothing else.

what should be the problem?

Thank's.

Re: exclamation mark on fusion

Hello @eldada3333. The exclamation mark indicates an incomplete firmware installation. If you haven't done it yet, go through the instructions below to complete manual firmware update.

  1. Go to the Fusion update page.
  2. Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
  3. Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
  4. Click "Download Update."
  5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.

NOTE: In some instances, it can take up to ≈15 minutes for the first portion of the Fusion update ("1/2" on the camera's screen) to complete and progress to the next step ("2/2"). Please do not remove your camera's battery or SD cards during this time.

Make sure that the camera is fully charge and the SD cards are formatted prior to the update process. Please save your current footage first prior to formatting the SD cards. Let us know how it works out.
