Lost camera is all you they will only pass it to the team, nothing more they can do. sorry that you lost it to mark it down for the site that is as far as things will go they do not go out there getting cameras back. good stories are out there where a person found and returned a camera to the rightful owner years later

Sorry, @boff-60. We do not have a way of tracing or blocking a lost camera even with the serial number information. If you contact our Support team though, they will be able to create a case for it - with the serial number recorded in the system - so you get notified if someone calls in using your camera.
