einmal gopro nie mehr gopro

Ich habe nun nach knapp 2 wochen die nase so ziemlich gestrichen voll von der gopro 7 black. sie hängt sich ständig auf. wird heiss, verbindungsprobleme, wlan bringt kamera auch zum erliegen und verbindung zu meinem g6 bringt die cam auch zum abstürzen. verbine ich sie mit dem original smart controller den ich extra dazu gekauft habe da ich dachte es könnte an meinem g6 liegen den ich auch schon ausgetauscht habe, hängt sich die hero 7 black nach paar videos auch wieder auf!!!!!!!

support habe ich kontaktiert, cam manuell upgedatet, x-mal auf werkseinstellungen gesetzt. verschiedene sd karten getestet. verbindung zur app kaum möglich.

wlan abgeschaltet, dan ist bisschen besser aber die hero 7 hängt sich immer noch auf.

ich könnte kotzen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

genau in dieser zeit müsste ich die cam haben, nun bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig als auf kulanz des verkäufers zu hoffen und versuchen die cam auszutauschen da ich sie ja nun schon paar tage in gebrauch hatte.

am liebsten würde ich sie weit wegschmeissen. leider habe ich auch schon separat zubehör gekauft wie zusätzliche akkus usw die ich nun leider nicht zurückgeben kann, ansonsten würde ich mir ein billiges prudukt holen. die kosten nicht viel und funktionieren aber.

Frustrating it is and only way  us members can help out is to ask questions we are not tech support people.  Over the Years of use of owning  the Hero 2, hero 3, hero 3+, Hero 4, Hero 5, Hero 6, and Hero 7 along wit hthe Hero 4 session and Hero 5 session,.

 

SD card needs to be  genuine and  fully formatted before anything  can be  taken to the next step,  If the card is made for general use it does not mean it will work or fail on a  professional device or work on an older outdated device.  So teh question is  Where was teh card purchased and what exact card is it.  for example is it a Sandisk Ultra 32gb UH-1 class 10 card with a SDHC on it?

 

Only a GoPro rep can answer about what Smartphones are  suggested, should there been a list to have prevented your purchase, yes?

 

For the other  frustrated info I taken a step at a time so others can offer  whatthe fix can be, and updating firmware is not one of them on certain situations.  thanx

es sind immer komplett neue karten, mit dem support abgeklärt wie auch auf der kompatibilitäts liste aufgeführt. auch diese mehrmals wieder formatiert und wieder versucht. immer das gleiche ergebnis. das einzige was der support dazu meint ich soll halt mal abwarten bis evtl einmal ein update raus kommt. was soll ich da? die kamera in eine ecke schmeissen bis evtl ein update raus kommt?

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @danieler2764. There are troubleshooting steps here https://gopro.com/help/articles/solutions_troubleshooting/GoPro-App-Camera-Connection-Troubleshootin... to help you with re-establishing the connection between the camera and mobile device. Have a go at them and let us know how it works out.

 

By the way, the GoPro App is compatible with the following: 

  • iOS Devices (iOS 11 or newer)
  • Android devices (Android 6.0.1 or later)
