device is unreachable :( [ New ]

Hey there,

I was wondering if you could help me solve a connection error with my sessions, I looked online and found others have had the same issue, but I havent found a solution :( I plug my sessions in and all the files are visable, but when you try to open / copy and paste them it says Device is Unreachable.. 

Do you know why this might be???

Are you viewing/copying the files via Quik for Desktop or File Explorer/Finder?

Would you know if these are HEVC files?
