I have been trying to call support or use the chat for weeeks. No one ever answers the phone after extrremely long hold times and no one connects to the chat. the email link does not work. I bought my son a Go Pro last Christmas. The very first time it got wet it stopped working and a blemish appeared on the inside of the screen. It will not even turn on. It is clearly not performing as warranted and it is still under warranty.
I need to speak to someone about my warranty claim. There appears to be no one working in customer service. I even tried to call the corporate headquarters but no one answers the phone!!. Please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue. Email is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Same problem here. Tried for a couple of days in a row now. No agents available on chat, nobody available to pick up the phone, can't even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full.
Does anyone know any good way to reach GoPro support?
