contacting customer service

Hi,

I am trying to reach your customer service for a couple of weeks to get a RMA number to fix my camera by warrantee, but nobody answers the phone and livechat. Looks like nobody is there. Could you please help me to solve this problem?

I bought my Go Pro Session on December 31, 2016 from Target. Right now I have a problem with it. I didn’t use it much, but on my last trip the camera stoped seeing the SD card after the last charge. I changed 3 brands of SD cards, but always see “NO SD CARD” massage on the screen. How can I fix it?

GoPro support no longer accepts email, answers the phone, or allows you to start a chat.  Sorry.

 

I have been trying for almost a month.

Telephone support is still active in the UK. Chat support too, though telephone support is much quicker. I had to deal with them yesterday
