I am trying to reach your customer service for a couple of weeks to get a RMA number to fix my camera by warrantee, but nobody answers the phone and livechat. Looks like nobody is there. Could you please help me to solve this problem?
I bought my Go Pro Session on December 31, 2016 from Target. Right now I have a problem with it. I didnâ€™t use it much, but on my last trip the camera stoped seeing the SD card after the last charge. I changed 3 brands of SD cards, but always see â€œNO SD CARDâ€ massage on the screen. How can I fix it?
