connect and update hero+[ New ]
I have an old Hero+ that will not connect to the mobile or desktop Quik app to update. My phone is not able to find or connect to my Gopro even though bluetooth is on and GoPro is in pairing mode for a "new" app. I see the pairing pin, but, phone and GoPro are not finding each other. Please assist so I can at the very least, update the GoPro and take existing media off of it. Thank you!

It will be best to complete the update manually.

What phone are you using?
Do you have the latest version of the GoPro Quik app?
