I have HERO7 Black. Even when charger/USB doors are closed, they are not "fixed". I can still feel that they are moving just a little bit when i put finger on them. They are moving along rails and not up/down towards ports. Main worry is waterproofness.

Hello @dusanr2. It would really be a source of concern if the door does not sit properly, or tightly. Is there a photo that we can refer to? If the door is really lose, you may exchange it with one here. You may also reach out to our Support team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs so they can help.

I too have this problem.
I have captured video of the fault and sent it to gopro and was told its normal. Its not normal. I want a replacement door for the camera and gopro support refused, even though its under warranty. If it comes loose whilst in water and destroys the camera, i will hold gopro liable for loss of footage and damages to camera for failure to resolve customer concerns.
Gopro has my video and official request for support and they actively refused to resolve the concern.

Open the door. and remove carefullt. Do inspec the door itself carefully under a magnifyer see if any hairline cracks are on the hing area. Also important to see if the seal is separated they are glue and not seated in a groove. if the glue came out, get with a support rep. they can replace the door at no charge. And see if that corrects your issues?

You can't see it on photo. I made a video of it...70MB...that i can send to someone. Camera is still under warranty and i don't want to mess around too much around it, and obviously i don't want to put it into water yet.
