Re: centre of photos blurry hero3+
[ New ]Looking at the Exif of the picture it reveals that the camera shot the image with an ISO 400 and shutter of 1/14. The subject is moving. With a shutter this slow, it makes sense that the dog would look blurry. I understand that you say it is also blurry with the dog sitting still, but are you shooting hand held or with a tripod? Objects in the background will not be effected as strongly as objects in the foreground. Since you are shooting indoors and using a low ISO, the camera has to use a slower shutter. The slower shutter results in longer exposure, which in turn, results in motion blur.

Hi @garethg7
Did you have ProTune turned on? Do you still remember the settings used?
Try taking photos with and without the standard case and see if it makes a difference.
So we can assess the issue further, it will be best if you can share some sample photos.
Thanks!

Re: centre of photos blurry hero3+
[ New ]Thanks for reply
I never had pro tune turned on ever , but I tried it on and never made a difference , also tried different cases and out the case and still the same , all photos blurry
I always used burst photo as it was fast moving subject ( dog jumping ) so was 30/3
Did I factory reset and also formatted the SD card but still the same , photos blurry in middle ,it’s alsp doing the blurry thing on a standard photo with dog sitting there and not moving, when there is nothing to focus in photo as in no person or item , the photo is perfect , so taking photo of a landscape it works ok ,
only photo I have as I formatted the card to see if that helped ,this is a burst photo of dog catching a ball which worked before plenty times in past
