cannot pair with capture app [ New ]

I cannot pair my GoPro to my iPhone.

Message: Wi-Fi not Ready, Try again Later.

Bluetooth and wifi are already connected on my iPhone but the GoPro network does not appear. 

The camera do not identify CAMERA NAME & PASSWORD!!!

I need an urgent solution or a camera replacement so I have a business trip in short!!!
