can I do the American ninja warrior on the awards program and get credit [ New ]

hey guys just wondering it says that I can't do major public programs like a baseball game but what if i did American ninja warrior do you know if that works if i do it just wondering

It's actually a broadcast rights issue.  With baseball games, usually certain networks have the only rights to broadcast or feature footage from such games.  It's likely that American Ninja Warrior is the exact same and such footage would belong to a certain network.  For the GoPro awards, they need to be able to show the footage on both TV and Streaming outlets without any copyright infringement.

Your best bet would be to contact American Ninja Warrior and see if you can obtain a "release" for any footage you record there.  They may refuse or they may charge you for the rights.
