camera password
[ New ]My gopro was paired with my camera and worked perfectly fine for months. For no reason, today it decided to ask for the camera password. It is not accepting any passwords I put in. I even logged in to gopro on my computer and changed the password, and it will not accept any password.

Re: camera password
[ New ]@damaskraven, just to clarify, are you referring to the Wi-Fi password that's used when pairing the camera with the GoPro App?
Typically, the connection issue between the camera and GoPro App can be resolved by resetting the Wi-Fi settings. Please follow these troubleshooting steps accordingly:
- Remove your camera entry from the GoPro App's history.
- Android: Open GoPro App. Press and hold the image of the camera and delete the entry from your camera history.
- iOS: Open GoPro App. Tap the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the Camera menu page. Tap the red X icon to delete the camera entry from your app’s history.
- Reset your camera’s Wi-Fi settings using the instructions here.
- Delete the GoPro camera under the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi entries in your mobile device’s settings before attempting to re-pair to your GoPro using the instructions here.

Re: camera password
[ New ]Hello! No, the wifi password has not changed and has not been asked for. The gopro app keeps asking for my camera password, not the wifi password.

[ New ]Hi @damaskraven @bluehero83428
Please try clearing the cache for the GoPro app in your device's settings under the "Applications" section.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Re: camera password
[ New ]So following ALL the directions provided by AENRIQUEZ got me repaired. But I had to delete wifi, delete camera, and re-pair camera to app. But I got there and that's all I care about :)
Thank you everyone!
