camera go pro session

Boa tarde

 

Tenho uma go pro session desde agosto de 2016, sei que a garantia do fabricante é de 12 meses, correto?

 

Ela parou de funcionar, não liga mais e não acende aquela luz vermelha nem quando conectada ao carregador.

 

Gostaria de saber se voces possuem alguma assistencia tecnica para indicar. Sou de Jundiaí - SP.
