cable de transmision
[ New ]Bonjour,
Je possede une go pro session hero 4 depuis 1 an et demi et j'en suis tres satisfait. Depuis quelques semaines je n'arrive plus à charger mes videos sur un ordinateur. La GoPro charge bien mais ne veut plus tranferer les videos. Des que j'essaye elle se met à faire une video. Est ce que cela peut provenir du cable gopro ? ou d'un probleme de la camera ? pouvez vous m'aider ?

Thank you for reaching out. How are you transferring the videos? If you happen to be using Quik for desktop, did you get an error message while attempting to transfer the videos?
Try this: make sure that you have the latest version of Quik on your desktop, and that your camera is manually updated to the latest firmware.
Have you tried using a different cable to connect your camera to your computer?
These steps will help us isolate the source of the trouble. Let us know how it goes.
