broken battery door [ New ]

My brandnew GoPro HERO6 battery door broke. How do I get that replaced?

Was the battery door broken out of the box? If the battery door (and not the USB side door) is broken, there would be a need to replace the camera as a broken battery door will compromise the waterproof ability of the camera itself. If this is the case, you can get in touch with our Support team so they can assist you with the process. You can reach them via phone or chat through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . Alternatively, you can seek for an exchange with the seller for a faster turn around time.

Thank you. I suggest like the Forum Mod says call gopro, directthem to this thread they will evaulate and go from there. Let me make a suggestion ?  If your camera is under a return Policy use it now, if it expired then you must deal with gopro.com by the phone or chat durung working hours.  Rather comprimise and  further damage it do not  dunk it in water.     Again sorry to hear your Issue

fishycomics is correct. If you are still on the 30th day of purchase you can still return it for money back and if not contact GoPro Customer Support.
