blurry spot [ New ]

I have a brand new hero7 Black. my first video has a blurry spot in the middle of the image. I thought it mught be mist in/on the lens. But the spot actually MOVES within the frame of the video and is not in a fixed spot.

 I got the same exact issue. Want to know the fix?  Micro cloth and polish it clean.  

Your lens ens was dirty. The protective fil I had was enough to catch a smudge.  Only the outer side needs cleaning.  We practice formatting each new time we use the camera. We now practice looking at the lens or wiping each shot when handling

Was Hypersmooth stabilization on? If so, it would explain the appearance of the dot moving around. The stabilization works by moving the image around to keep things looking stable. Clean the protective lens, front and back, and check the actual lens for any smudge or derbies. Make a few test shots and see if it's still there.

Many thanks. Yea. I was thinking about it. I cleaned the lens b4 take off, but I did taxi b4 take off on a wet runway... so something probably flicked up.

things happen and well that is what ruins our shots.  a spec for sure.
