bESOIN ASSISTANCE POUR REINITIALISER UN MOT DE PASSE

Bonjour

N° intervention 07070445.

Je suis surpris de la fin de communication lors de l'assistance pour réinitialiser le mot de passe sur une GOPRO HERO3  White sans avoir abouti.

La procédure ne fonctionne pas.

Pourriez vous m'envoyer une procédure correcte.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Following updates, it's a good idea to restart your phone before re-pairing your camera to the GoPro app. This should resolve your issue!

I'm having this same issue with my Hero 3+ Black since updating to the public release of iOS 13 (the one that Apple just pushed out to phones) on my iPhone 7.
