This isn't something that is done by GoPro. You can find the lens on ebay and from various companies. Just google search for HERO4 Silver lens.

One of th main people been for years is Ragecameras.com very expensive.

 Hero 4 Silve the front face plate is snapped on, and  you have to release the hot glue and  have a monitor at 1M to focus the lense. the gopro lenses can also be found on Ebay for a fe dollars....
