Zoom doesn’t work intermittently and options view up one to the other [ New ]

Hi, anyone have experience with problems in the subject ? ZOOM doesn’t work, I have to open/ close the menu and than restart. Sometimes options on the screen are messed up (one over the other) and still I have to reboot. I already checked my SD card , Samsung evo pro 128GB and should be fine (didn’t format yet) . Any suggestions?

Sorry for any troubles caused.

Try resetting the camera to its factory settings.

Then reformat the card on the camera.

Make sure to save any important files before proceeding.
