Wrong Product Sold

Hi,

 

I bought a fusion from Dubai Duty Free and told it was the latest arrival. I was not familiar with the Gopro but my friend recommended Gopro 8. Instead of buying that I bought an expensive one sold to me saying the latest version then after reaching my destination, I found out when browsing that fusion is really old. I want to change my camara. I tried to get in tough with customer support which is really poor as cannot get hold of anyone. I'm really frustrated with the service.

SOrry to hear that. DUbai Duty free is where you start not  GoPro, why would Gopro   exchange  a product that you bought from elsewhere?

 

Please contact the Duty free. you have a phone Number, they have a return Policy go that route.

Hi @sugeesha,

 

Fishycomics is correct. 

It would be best to contact Duty Free and request to have it replaced with HERO8 or return the camera and get a refund.
