Re: WorstIs this normal photo on Gopro Hero 7 ?
[ New ]Glad to hear back from you, @ikermuris. Were all photos taken even with the tripod showing double exposure? If the camera has already been manually updated and this continues to be the case, there might a fault to the camera or its sensor. Our support team here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs will be able to sort this out. Please get in touch with them through phone or chat. Once connected, you can refer them to this thread so they can view the sample pictures you posted. Let us know how it works out. Thanks!

Hi @ikermuris,
Sorry to know what happened.
I'd like to know what SD card brand and model are you using?
Also did you update the camera already?
I'd like to know the exact settings you're using so that we can check.
Please let us know.
Thanks,
-Jay

Re: WorstIs this normal photo on Gopro Hero 7 ?
[ New ]Hello @ikermuris,
This is definitely not an experience that we would like you to have, specially on a family trip. The issue is associated to HDR where the camera captures multiple images of varying exposures and combines them into a single properly exposed photo. There is a tendency to get a "double image" if the subject is moving, or if the camera is moved right after pressing the shutter button while the camera is still processing the shot.
Try using a different setting for SuperPhoto and see if the issue is cleared out. If you would like to continue using the HDR feature, mounting the camera on a stable support will provide the best results.
Best regards,
Marius
