Worst Delivery ! No Way to get helps

I ordered/purchased GoPro 10 on the 19th Sep 2021, the estimated delivery stated around 5-6 days. However, today is 05th Oct 2021, I haven't received the products. I checked the shipment status, it is just frozen on with "Transit delayed, check back tomorrow". I went back to check the next day, the same message was given appeared. It seems like I will never receive it. I contacted GoPro Support but no one reply. Hope someone could advise what should I do next?
