I recently purchased a 7 Black, and signed up for cloud storage. I found after this My camera won’t download content to my IPad nor can I connect with the cloud. I’ve been through the prompts several times and am quite close to the router, so I don’t know what the problem is. Any help? Thanks Ken

May I know if you're getting any error message?
Can you send a screenshot or can you walk us though on how you do it?
If you are trying to download your content from camera to your iPad you must get GoPro App first and pair the camera and iPad.
After that go to file explorer of the app and then choose the photo or video you want to download.
It will be saved to your iPad's local storage.
You also have an option to upload your files to cloud or GoPro PLUS.
Make sure that you are using the right email address you used to register.

Yes I’ve paired the camera to the IPad. I have a Plus account. I have followed the prompts, the error message says “Unable to connect, try again later” after 3 tries. I am close to the router. I was able to download content to my IPad prior to getting the Plus account. I only have one email account. I no longer get the prompt “It looks like you have new content, let’s get it “ when I connect the camera wirelessly. I have sufficient storage on my IPad. Any other suggestions? Thanks Ken

Please make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on.
If you want to download the media from camera to ipad check the connection if your iPad is connected to camera's Wi-Fi.
If it's not just switch network.
If you want to connect to GoPro PLUS that is the time you'll switch to Wi-Fi with internet connection.
